Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, risk management, regulatory reporting, and public accounting.
Duties:
- Conduct financial audits and reviews in compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards
- Analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk
- Prepare audit findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with clients to address audit queries and provide guidance on regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial auditing, tax, and regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
